“Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience ”

“We stayed with some family over March break and had a great time. The resort itself is spectacular. As you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and enter a beautiful lobby that rivals world wide luxury hotels. We booked the unique club and it was well worth the little extra that we paid. We had a private check in area, a private beach area, a private lunch and breakfast area. “The room was dirty an Ac was loud very loud. The shower water leaked out into the bedroom floor we had to put towels dow anytime we had a shower. The food was bleak. Not very much variety and the staff at the restaurants especially the buffet were so rude. It’s like they decided when we got coffee not when we wanted it!!! “All inclusive that is not all inclusive. You can not visit all the pools and restaurants unless you upgrade to so called “ reserve status ” and no one tells you this until after you check in. The food quality is so so but not for 5 star resort. On the see food side you get shrimp and if you are lucky and arrive at the buffet early you may get octopus. “Everything was perfect the food was really good we payed for the morning breakfast and then we got the check thinking we still had to pay and then they reminded us it was free it was just a receipt and returned the money which other people would have just kept it but the staff was perfect everything was really nice ”
