Can't have your cake and eat it too!

Easy access to beach/ocean! However,upon arrival we realized parking is very tight and not convenient. Lower level parks under a tiny deck, if you have two vehicles the other parks behind you. It is not an easy road to back out into. Lots of noise from road and public parking. Inside,I had to sweep the floor although I went in minutes after they told me it was clean and ready. We have small dogs and didn't want them eating dead flies or sequence....The decks are not for use for downstairs(unit 1). I assumed I was going to enjoy rooftop views from the photos. Lastly the "housekeeper" unlocked the door and walked in without even knocking Sunday am at 8:35 when check-out is 10. We did enjoy the short walk to several cute stores and a little longer stroll to the boardwalk for live music and rides.

It's ok.

It's a nice little property. It is located right next to public access, which means you get all the traffic and noise from people coming and going. The parking for the property itself is hidden, not easy to get in or out, and on the opposite side of the entrance. The grass hadn't been mowed in a while, the floors were not clean, and one of the shades in the living room was broken, along with the icemaker being frozen over. It says it has a pullout couch, it's a futon. They provide just enough towels that you must wash if you're there longer than a day or two. The people who run it are lovely and the communication with them was easy and fantastic. It's nice, but bring socks, ear plugs, and extra towels and wash cloths.

Awesome pet friendly home in a great location!

Amazing property that was very comfortable. Excellent location. The only issue was that the air conditioning units really did not keep the space cool. The living/kitchen area was quite warm but as long as we kept the doors, to the bedrooms, shut with the fans on, the bedrooms remained cool. There was a rain storm the day we left and the water flooded the entry of the property.
