“Una vergogna, non ci hanno comunicato nulla relativamente alla richiesta per il trasferimento, niente cuscini aggiuntivi. Nessuna assistenza da Hotels.com. Hotel sporco e puzza di Marjuana. Lampade non funzionanti. Colazione pietosa e ripetitiva, solo muffin e tea. Squallido davvero. Il direttore non presta assistenza. Seguirà un azione legale per la richiesta di rimborso per indennizzo.”

“The room I was given was supposed to be for two people (king size bed) but it was so small I could not even set my luggage on the appropriate stand because there was no space to open it! Breakfast was limited in food selection and quality and some of the staff were not that friendly. ”

“This place is an absolute dump! Room was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, burn holes in bed linens, visually brown gunk inside air conditioner! Shuttle smelled like vomit. Both shuttle driver & check in person very heavy indian accent and didn't care whether you understood them or not!! Do not stay here ever! 2nd worse place we've ever been in. If we weren't so tired from traveling we would've left and gone someplace else.”

“Let's start by saying that both Expedia and the property double charged my credit card bor the same booking. After contacting both sides neither one is accepting responsibility and claim i did not show up for my reservation even after providing credit card statement. Neither party can explain the reason for the double charge and continue to make excuses. Very disappointed especially with Expedia. Myself and everyone i know will no longer use their services. ”

“A casa é muito boa Só alguns problemas na cozinha mas é normal lugar bem localizado perto das igrejas onde eu estava indo perto do centro tem linhas de ônibus para Nova York recomendo bastante para quem vai sozinho ou vai num grupo de mais ou menos umas três pessoas tem quatro quartos para aproveitar então tem muita opção quem for lá e quiser alugar compensa”
