“A great place to stay! The home was beautiful and rich in culture. On the walls were wonderful pictures and blurbs detailing the significance of the people and local history. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of mugs, dishes and silverware (enough for 12). Across the street is Brandwein's Bagels that taste like they came from NY. We walked one block to Franklin Street where we explored the UNC campus, ate and shopped. We hope to be back soon.”

“This could be a very lovely place, but the accommodations were very minimal. There was no steamer or iron for preparing clothes after traveling. There was not an adequate amount of washcloths because the host said that other guests had taken them. The dining table was covered with some kind of a "fake" cover and duct tape.
