“The hotel is in a very convenient location and was a decent value. The staff was generally pleasant and responsive. Hotels are surprisingly expensive in the Norwalk / Stamford area so shopping for a deal is critical. At this price point through Expedia breakfast was NOT included, so a hotel that includes breakfast may be a better value. There were wall repairs being done on the 3rd floor so the hall appearance was a little rough. Our room was clean enough but not spotless, and the same could be...

“Tiara and Milagros were excellent checking in our group of multiple rooms. The room & bathroom were very clean. The only complaint we had were the upstairs guests, loud, walking back and forth all night, moving furniture until 9am. And they were chain smoking in the bathroom, it was going thru the vents. :-( Breakfast? What breakfast, coffee ran out.”

“1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor.
