Hotel vicino a Cinema Caraibi Montehiedra - San Juan

“The hotel was cute and clean. The private parking was extremely convenient. The only thing I did not like was the key. The key gave us access to the room but did not give access to the building. We had to ring the bell and wait to be buzzed in every time we came in and out. That was pretty awkward at night, I kept feeling like I was preparing myself for the walk of shame. Lol other than that all was good. I stayed 3 nights in total. Cool.”

“This is the worst experience as my wife and I have ever had. We stay at a lot of hotels and I must say this was the most horrendous place. The noise was incredible by slamming doors elevator doors, shutting throughout the entire night. Shower was not working in the toilet would not flush properly. My advice,stay away from this property. You won’t be satisfied.”

“Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!”

“My experience here was great and will definitely be visiting again. My only complaints would be that the bed was very squeaky and would make a lot of noise with any movement, and one of the pillow cases were dirty. The parking included is great just a very tight space to get in and out. Otherwise everything was fantastic. The bathroom was very spacious and great shower. “This was a beautiful hotel and access to Vivo Beach Club is the best perk ever! I definitely plan to stay here again on my next trip. I only have two minor complaints: #1 The bar was closed for most of our stay with no posted hours. Also, we purchased the buffet breakfast one morning at around 10:45am. However, the buffet ends at 11:00am. It would have been nice if the waiter informed us of that before we purchased. Despite these issues, I will be back!”
