This family friendly holiday home is perfect if you are looking to combine coastal and country all in one. Surrounded by the stunning coastal views of Carrickalinga out one window and picturesque rolling hills out the other. Providing space and privacy Riverview Drive is built on the reserve bordering the river inlet to the ocean, with less than a 3 minute walk from the beautiful dog friendly beach. Use the access to the reserve from the back yard and make your way between the river and the sand dunes. Accessible most of the year.
Comprising a self contained upstairs and downstairs, ideal for 2 families, 16 Riverview Drive features a generous 5 bedrooms to accommodate 12 guests. Bedrooms 1 and 2 and bathroom 1 are located upstairs where you will find an open plan kitchen/ living area with a number of large windows allowing you to take in the breathtaking rural and coastal views Carrickalinga has to offer. Step out on to the deck and enjoy the treetop tranquility, surrounded by native birds and stunning views from the various vantage points. Alternatively simply open the large window and bring the outdoors in.
Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 are all located downstairs along with another fully equipped kitchen, living and bathroom. Perfect for a 2nd family or a kids retreat. From here access the spacious back yard where you can unwind and relax in comfort.
Catering to all your needs 16 Riverview Drive would suit all types of families, groups of friends, pet lovers and the list goes on. The open plan set up of the home allows friends and family and children to socialise and commune but also have their own space, the seamless indoor/outdoor flow offers an easy connection for outdoor dining and easy supervision of the children.
Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. It's a perfect place for young and old to simply relax and enjoy some quality time away together.

generally OK but 1 quilt cover had blood stains on underneath side. could not use this.BBQ needed cleaning. Not enough hot water for 12 guests. Lovely scenery.
