“Customer service was extremely poor. Rashheda was fabulous getting me in early, but that’s it. The amenities were terrible.. one pack of coffee, one sugar and one creamer and that’s all you get in your room. Are you kidding me? You turn on the heater or the air conditioner it’s so loud that you have to turn it off or you can’t hear the TV… no outlets in the bathroom when you’re getting ready to go somewhere. Extremely poor customer service… people weren’t nice people weren’t helpful. I would...

“First of all, I have stayed in the Hampton Inn before and really liked it. When I first arrived, I thought the hotel was closed because the entrance was blocked off and it looled abandoned. I drove a little further and found another entrance. As before, the staff was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed, however, was not - it was not firm or supportive. “The hotel was actually built on farmland formerly belonging to a family member. (Small patch of adjacent land still has cows ;-) The area has plenty of amenities and the hotel is clean and comfortable with lovely staff. Wild to see the transformation from rural to suburban. Great safe stop between Waterbury and Hartford. Easy on and off the interstate.”

“I wish the restaurant were open 7 days a week. I think it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our room was clean, just needing a little updating. We've been staying at Wyndham for 16 years and have seen a decline. The food is excellent. Overall, I do recommend it. ”

“Not much parking! I think everyone was afraid to park in the back, it was in such disrepair. The front looked good, the back was a slum! Cinnamon rolls were old & dry. Breakfast area was clean. Front desk staff, was terrible! Very unfriendly! ”
