“very clean inside with hospitable amenities. Host was VERY accessible and responsive. Maybe not a location that all would like as on a crowded street, but the neighborhood was interesting, historical and active community events. ”

“The place was mostly clean. One of the bath mats was pretty old and maybe dirty. But otherwise it was clean and organized. The bedroom was MUCH darker than the pictures. The couch is very uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the amount of noise that came from the upstairs unit. Even with the white noise machine on the stomping and water noises in the middle of the night were impossible to sleep through. There was even a night when there was so much screaming that we thought about calling 911....

Units below us had odors that wafted up and loud music was played past midnight. Communicating with the manager seemed to be via AI and did not feel personal although they were responsive. Bath fixtures were coming off the wall and they had insect spraying scheduled during our stay which was not ideal but we...
