Hotel vicino a Carrolwood Golf Country Club - Tampa

“1) The elevator broke 4 times between Friday to Sunday that we know of. When we checked out of Sunday, it was still broken. 2) Very clean, but wreaked of something down the hall. 3) Staff acted as if the broken elevator was normal. 4) No closet to hang clothing. 5) Very spacious 6) While we did not need an ADA room, we were given one. 7) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again, but request a first floor room due to elevators.”

“The staff was helpful and the linens are good quality. The tv reception wasn't great, and the remote did not work well at all. The sofa in our room was super low as was the toilet. The breakfast was mediocre but substantial.”

“The breakfast was disappointing! I paid but they couldn’t find my name so I had to get the run around before being added. You could only select from two options and could only get a small coffee or drink. Definitely opposite to what I expected. ”

“Had a medical emergency with one of the family members in the hospital stayed two nights wanted to get my third night back. They said I could not. I will never ever use. Expedia and I will always tell friends and relatives never to use them. That is horrible. Going to tell everyone how horrible Expedia is.”

“Parking is easy No hand soap, no shower gel. Ask about it at front desk was told it was ordered. We were there 2 nights. They did give us a bar of soap. Rooms smell somewhat musty. They need to take out the carpet.”

“Parking is $12 per day plus all applicable taxes. The bathroom was too small. The door should swing out rather than in so it made getting in the bathroom quickly a lil awkward and required tucking behind the toilet. Other than that the room was great. The bathroom concept needs to be revisted.”

“For events at the stadium, you can't beat this location. It is close enough to walk to the stadium which is helpful in that dreadful traffic. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is dated as seen in the carpet and slow elevators. Little things like minimal lighting and no towel hooks are just minor inconveniences. Overall, I liked it and would stay there again. ”

“One of my favorite hotels. It’s so convenient for early morning flights. The staff is so friendly. The hotel rooms are updated and clean. Good food at the restaurant as well.”

“The hotel itself is extremely clean and well maintained. Felt safe and secure the entire time. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful when present. However, they were not always at their station. The cleaning staff was so sweet and helpful. Went to have breakfast at 0758 and it was nearly picked clean with no one in sight to restock. Several people were waiting. I would definitely stay here again!”
