“This is a motel. No frills, no amenities. Cheap and a great location for a stop on our road trip. The first room had a broken air conditioner, but they got us in a new room right away, and it was cleaner and nicer than the first. Acoca is a cute little town!”

“My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for one night while on a road trip. We checked in on a Saturday night and checked out on Sunday morning. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, despite the fact that it was the 4th of July and fireworks were being shot off nearby. “While the property is older and a little tired (for example the chairs in the room were quite worn - sink had cracks) it was extremely clean. “Incredibly clean and comfortable, quiet! Worth the extra few minutes off the highway.”

“Over all stay was great, however there were some glitches due to a software update a few days prior to our stay that complicated check in for the staff and issues of key cards being deactivatived. The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances.”

“I wish I had something positive to say. We had ants in our room told the staff they seemed to not be interested. They came into our room to clean while we were gone and the only thing they did was pull the bed linen up. They tracked dirt in. Didn't grab the trash. We had to book for 7 days or we couldnt book it.The beds were old and hard. The sink was clogged. Was charged 100 a night for a room that barely fit 2 double beds. “This hotel has an excellent location. 5 minutes to the zoo, right next to some shopping and only a 10 minute drive to walmart. The pool was quite large making it easy to spread out from guests with different intentions for pool use. This place is very oddly built. It has either had poorly designed remodels or was an odd design from the beginning. Each room has an individual a/c unit but most of them exhaust to the hallway or the pool courtyard(indoors). “While the front desk and hallways were pumped with really cool air (it was in the 90s that day) the rooms were humid and very warm....I say "rooms" because the first one I was assigned had a broken window and the hot air was pouring in. When I requested a new room, although the window was intact, it was also like walking into a sauna.
