No one was present (nor was there written information) to explain matters (i.e how appliances worked, services, where to purchase water, etc). “This VRBO could not be in a better location in Cartegana. Its on one the quieter and safer streets with plenty of great coffee cafes, shops, sight seeing. Its clean, has good AC, filtered water and decent water pressure in the bathrooms. I was very happy with my stay here and everyone working was helpful and reliable.”
