Stay in P31L, a private two-bedroom apartment in the Prive sector of Baia Kristal, Cartagena, Colombia. The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests and has a countryside view.

Bedroom 1 has one queen bed. Bedroom 2 has one double bed and one single bed. The spacious living and dining area has two double sofa beds. The apartment measures 103 square metres and has three full bathrooms, each with a shower. Registered amenities include air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a coffee maker and 110-120 volt electrical outlets.

This is a vacation apartment in a residential condominium. Daily housekeeping and hotel room service are not included. Baia Kristal is still under development; construction noise and activity may occur during permitted working hours.

The main booking holder must be at least 18 and stay throughout the reservation. Pets are allowed when declared and included in the booking. Parties, events, visitors, smoking and vaping are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

All guests must complete the Hospy registration at least 24 hours before check-in. Children must travel with a parent or an authorized adult and provide the required documents. Check-in is from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.; check-out is by 11 a.m. One access key is provided per apartment.
