Every single day a family with kids kept there front door wide open and allowed their kids to run wild throughout the entire floor ringing apartment doors and disturbing other patrons! The family every single morning had no consideration for others on that floor as they woke washing and banging dishes at 8am every morning. They constantly played their t.v at loud levels during the day, once again with their door wide open! Security was contacted and spoke to the residents after i couldn't take it on the third day. Security addressed the family and they finally cut down some of the disturbance, however they still kept their apartment for wide open without a concern for other residents. I was told that leaving their apartment door was permitted, which astounded me. I couldn't believe that they would allow the front door of an apartment type complex to be kept open constantly like that. Day 1, the hot water didn't work in the the room. Cockroaches were running from behind the appliances!!! I had to purchase bug spray to address the situation. The bathroom toilet paper dispenser fell off every time you pulled a sheet from the roll of tissue. The shower handles were so cheap that they came off in your hand. Maintenance was banging every morning at 8am!!! They could have at least told potential clients that the has having work done at the time. place was a absolute disaster!!! I will NEVER stay at an apartment complex ever again from this experience!!!
