Enjoy Urban Beach, a contemporary space in Cartagena that transforms the city’s energy into a coastal experience. Its modern, industrial design gives the apartment a youthful edge, made for sharing with family or friends. Take in the city from its balconies, where fun and downtime come together naturally. Three bedrooms give everyone room to recharge, while the rooftop pool brings the experience back under the sun and keeps the stay in chill mode from the first morning to the last night.


Urban Beach is a contemporary space where you can recharge across three bedrooms designed to accommodate up to eight guests comfortably, while enjoying Cartagena from inside the apartment. Two balconies overlook the city, and the private balcony in the primary bedroom adds a partial sea view that keeps the coastal side of the experience present.

Enjoy the social areas by preparing dinner, serving something light at the island or sharing a relaxed gathering with music through the soundbar. The dining table seats six and the island adds two more places, giving every guest a seat. In the living room, air conditioning keeps the atmosphere cool while you watch a movie or stream your favorite content on the Smart TV.

At the end of the day, the primary bedroom welcomes you with a double bed, air conditioning, a Smart TV and direct access to its private balcony. The second bedroom features a double platform bed with a single pull-out bed, while the third has two single beds, one with an additional pull-out. Both auxiliary bedrooms have tower fans. The living room sofa bed offers an alternative sleeping arrangement without increasing the maximum capacity beyond eight guests.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi of up to 900 Mbps for remote work, browsing or streaming throughout your stay. Two bathrooms with illuminated mirrors make daily routines easier, while the in-unit washer helps manage clothing during longer visits. The equipped kitchen and water filter provide the independence to enjoy the apartment on your own terms.

Complete the experience at the shared rooftop pool, where the sun and views over Cartagena bring Urban Beach outdoors. Whether you are recharging, sharing a meal, enjoying music or taking in the city from the balconies, the apartment maintains the balance of fun, comfort and chill mode that defines the experience.


Urban Beach will be exclusively available to the guests included and registered on the reservation. You will have private access to the entire apartment, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry area and both balconies. Visitors and anyone not included in the reservation are not allowed, even during the day.

Before arrival, every guest must complete the required registration. Upon reaching Torre 811, the front desk staff will verify the submitted information and authorize entry to the building. The first entry to the apartment is completed with a one-time code for the digital lock. Once inside, you will find the access card assigned to the reservation. Please keep it with you throughout the stay and leave it inside the apartment at checkout.

You will also have access to the building’s shared rooftop terrace and pool. Regular pool hours are 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; on Thursdays, it opens at 12:00 p.m. The pool closes on the first business day of each week for maintenance, and availability may change due to weather, operational work or building management decisions.

Torre 811 does not provide a private parking space assigned to the apartment. A camera-monitored parking bay is located in front of the building and may be used free of charge when space is available, but parking cannot be reserved or guaranteed.


We want the Urban Beach experience to feel easy before you even arrive. The MG Design & Stays team will send the registration link, arrival directions and the information needed to use the access card and one-time entry code in advance.

Check-in is designed to be completed independently, allowing you to enjoy the apartment with privacy. After arrival, we will follow up to confirm that you entered successfully and that everything is working as expected.

During your stay, you may contact us through the Airbnb chat and the support channels shared with your reservation. We will be available to answer questions, provide guidance about the apartment or coordinate assistance when needed. If any situation requires access to the apartment, we will arrange the time with you in advance, except in an emergency that requires immediate attention.

Urban Beach places you close to a more urban and local side of Cartagena, with practical access to the city’s main attractions. From Torre 811, Marbella Beach, the Old City, Getsemaní, San Felipe Castle and the airport are all a short drive away. Neighborhood shops are also available nearby for everyday purchases during your stay.

Torices is a developing residential area. Normal daytime activity and occasional nearby construction may be present. For evening transportation, the easiest option is to request a taxi or ride-hailing service directly in front of the building.

For clear comfort expectations, air conditioning is available in the living room and primary bedroom, while both auxiliary bedrooms have tower fans. The bathrooms use room-temperature water and do not provide hot water.

For security, an exterior camera monitors only the apartment entrance. There are no cameras inside the accommodation or in any private area. The pool, rooftop terrace and other common spaces are managed by the building and operate according to its current schedules and conditions.
