“Camera in linea con quanto pagato. La struttura non si trova esattamente vicino al centro cittá, peró dista circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla metro ed ha un paio di linee del bus proprio sotto il motel. Il quartiere non offre molto, è una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e a 5 minuti a piedi si trova un Whole Foods, molto comodo. ”

“Check in was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is a beautifully converted mansion. An excellent breakfast was included in the price. A great place for a weekend getaway.”

“I'm not into rating or reviews, but I must bring to attention a couple of things. Let me first point out that during check in the staff was very helpful and courteous. The young man behind the desk explained everything clearly, including the renovations that the hotel was going thru. The room was flawless. Clean and comfortable. The two things I want to point out is one, around 8:45 am housekeeping entered the room. Not a huge problem, but something that should be addressed. Especially if check...

“The front desk staff was amazing! The rest of the staff was not. Their customer service was terrible, they weren’t helpful with information about THEIR OWN hotel and amenities. The thermostat also suddenly stopped working so we couldn’t control the air. The speakeasy was so overrun with non-hotel guests that we couldn’t get in after paying almost $400 for one night. Kinda defeats the purpose of an onsite bar/speakeasy.”

“Let’s start with a great location on Rhode Island at 14th, then add in a friendly, responsive staff, combine with comfy beds and great baths and you have a great hotel. This is our new go to property in DC.”
