Il relax inizia dalla veranda dove è possibile dondolarsi sulle sedie mentre si guarda la festa dei cervi residenti sull'erba verde. Quindi entra in Hattiway una casa sul lago completamente arredata situata in una baia isolata sul lago Allatoona che dormirà comodamente 8-10.

Questa autentica casa sul lago ha una camera da letto matrimoniale con vista sul lago da un letto king size. Questa suite offre una TV LCD e un ampio armadio con molto spazio per i cassetti. Il bagno principale ha una grande cabina doccia, vasca da bagno, doppio lavabo e gabinetto separato.

La camera degli ospiti offre un letto matrimoniale, un sacco di spazio per riporre, una TV LCD e l'accesso diretto al bagno completo.

La camera a castello offrirà ai tuoi ospiti grandi e piccini un posto dove ridacchiare a lungo nella notte mentre raccontano storie della loro giornata. Questa camera ha due letti a castello (4 letti singoli in totale), un ampio spazio armadio ed è di fronte a un bagno completo.

Un antico letto a slitta con due letti singoli nella sala TV al piano inferiore offre un ottimo posto per fare un pisolino e funge anche da zona notte aggiuntiva. Anche al piano di sotto c'è un altro bagno completo.

La cucina abitabile e il bar per la colazione ispirano la conversazione durante la preparazione di pasti grandi o piccoli per ogni riunione di famiglia. La nostra camera familiare con travi in legno è il luogo ideale per guardare film o godersi il tavolo da gioco.

Un portico schermato è il luogo perfetto per gustare il caffè del mattino e conduce al ponte inferiore. Questo mazzo dispone di una vasca idromassaggio che è pronta per eliminare il freddo prima di sonnecchiare.

Il dock ha un ponte superiore con posti a sedere e illuminazione integrati. Le sedie a sdraio ti permettono di prendere il sole o semplicemente rilassarti mentre la notte supera il giorno. Lake house getaway

Such a beautiful quiet location right on the lake. Plenty of space! Nice hot tub and fire pit. About 25 minutes from restaurants/grocery stores. Able to fish from the dock but didn’t catch much. The best part was seeing all the deer on the drive through the neighborhood!

Family Vacation 2024

This is our second year to use this home for vacation for my family. If I had questions the property manager, Justin, was there to help. The house is so roomy. We will come back again next year for sure!

My friends and I took our soon-to-be college freshman on a girls trip before they all leave for college in the fall. I keep my boat at a marina on the lake and was able to boat over. The dock and house were perfect! We had the best time!

Great Stay

Came down for a week long youth baseball tournament and brought the boat for the lake. 20 min drive to PBR LakePoint sports. Property Manager was fantastic to work with and lake was wonderful. Recommend!

Guys Trip 2023

We booked this unit for our guys trip this year. This house was perfect, loved the large double decker boat dock, the top provided ample space and amazing lake and sunset views. After dark walked up to the patio of the house and enjoyed the fire pit. The check-in process was very easy, communication with Justin was quick and informative. The house is well stocked, bed's are comfortable, short, paved walk to the boat dock and is conveniently located, by water, to the marina we rented a boat from. The house was clean, secure, large and with multiple levels could find some privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Has Potential

This property has potential but is in need of some TLC both inside and out. The waterline was littered with debris which made swimming from the dock unappealing. We rented a pontoon boat from Park Marina and that was the highlight of our stay. Our main reason for choosing this property was the proximity of the marina and it is pet friendly. We won't travel without our pup, which limits our options. It is a large house and might work for groups or families.

Too short

We were in the area for my son’s baseball tournament. My daughter, niece and I could only stay for a few days so I decided to get a house for all of us before my husband and son finished the tournament in a hotel. Well none of us wanted to leave this house. First of all, the WiFi was amazing! My husband and I unfortunately had to work a little a little while we were there and there were no problems. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean and spacious. The dock and hot tub served as endless hours of entertainment for the kids and we saw lots of deer and shooting stars at night! Wish we had a boat, but there wasn’t enough time. We did buy floats at the grocery store. Great stay. Not sure we will be back in the area again but if so, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway- Team Bonding

Justin made everything very easy during this last-minute booking. Our girls were playing in a tournament about 20 minutes from this home and we decided to turn the weekend into a team-bonding weekend with a few of the young ladies. Location was perfect and quiet. The house was clean and just like it says in the description. It was in the middle of February, so we didn’t take advantage of the lake and activities, but the hot tub more than made up for it! There was a small ‘glitch’ in something functioning in the house and Justin returned a txt/call immediately and had it taken care of asap. He checked in on us after that to be sure everything was ok. It is far enough away from restaurants that if you are not wanting to drive, I would recommend bringing some dinner/lunch food which we did not do. Grub Hub saved us though! We will be staying here again in the future! HIGHLY recommend working with Justin again. Thanks for a great and memorable stay!

We loved the apartment, location was perfect for our 2 week stay, everything you want to see and do is within walking distance. Property Managers Homes at Home was excellent very responsive to the few issues we had. They also recommended parking very close by, Parking Plaza Roma. The private lift made the apartment very secure and quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The terrace was lovely early mornings and late in the evening during our hot May stay. Airconditioning worked well in all rooms. Only 2 of the three induction hotplates worked but with micro & oven we were able to eat well at home.

Great location on the beautiful lake

The beds were comfortable and the location on the lake was great. We rented a boat and kept it at the dock enjoying lots of time on the lake. The layout of the house is spacious and functional for a large family. The house is in need of some modern updates but it is quirky and charming just the same. If you are looking for a laid back, no frills, house on the lake, with lots of room to spread out, this is the place.

Beautiful!

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Between our family and friends we have a boat and two jet skis and they fit perfectly on the dock. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great weekend!

Great for families

Flew in to see our grandson’s little league game and to share Easter with four generations - this house was perfect gor a family weekend. Since it was a family event, I spent a lot of time in the kitchen. Recommend the owners consider adding the following: Measuring spoons Dishwash cloth Small bottle of dishwashing liquid scrubber Trivets Roasting pan Hot pads A larger than 7” x 7 “ cutting board Tea kettle Another rack in oven Griddle (electric or insert for stove) Hand mixer Less spatulas - no more than two of any item A modest spice set Modest set of oils and vinegars We are former VRBO owners, and we always made sure our home was set up for an eight person holiday gathering to include sundries. Aside from the kitchen, the rest of the house was fantastic. Would rent again.

Nice place for family get together

This lake home has a lot of character which we appreciated. My family stayed here for Labor Day weekend. A storm had passed through a few days before and the owners worked hard to make sure we could enjoy our stay. The hot tub went out during the storm and the owner had a repair crew out the next morning and had it up operating in a few hours. The dock is very nice but needs a ladder that fits on the posts so swimmers can easily exit the lake. Very nice swimming location. We brought inflatable canoe and large floats which the kids enjoyed. There is a sunken canoe tied up to the dock which needs to be removed for safety of swimmers. It has lots of board games for the family to enjoy, good internet access and multiple large screen TVs. The kitchen is well supplied. We had a good time being together.
