First off, the staff were great, very helpful etc so no grumbles with them. The air con, not so much. Completely overwhelmed by the hot weather we're having and the supplied (in request) fans, hmm, just pushing hot air around the room. Also not massively impressed with being forced to provide an email address to check in. I booked through hotels.com, thats my point of contact. My parents don't have an email address, what would they do. . .sleep outside maybe?
