“This is a huge hotel and there were many guests. It is located near I-44 in a business and residential area. It is old (seven for hallway ceilings) but well kept. Check in was quick and straight forward. Our room was clean and fairly spacious. We were a LONG way from the breakfast and front lobby, but we were able to drive around to a convenient entry. “I cannot give enough kudos To the Fairfield Staff on Joplin. On Friday Night, June 26th, my wife fell at a Webb City Trstaurant. We transported her to Mercy Hospital. She sustained Broken Hip. She had Rmergency Hip Replacement Surgery on Saturday. She remained in the Hospital until Tuesday the 30th. I drove her home to Kansas City. She is in a Rehab Center. She is recovering. “Even though the facility was undergoing renovation, my room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. It was close to the interstate, a restaurant, gas station and dollar store. Breakfast offered choices.”

“First room reeked of pot smoke. Moved to second room and dresser was broken with boards lying on the floor and the ac wasn’t cooling the room at all. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past but this time has left me rethinking ever staying here again.”
