“Good hotel right next to Fordham and Little Italy in the Bronx. Parking is a major challenge being right across the street from St. Barnabus Hospital. Lots of one way streets so can be a bit overwhelming if you’re not prepared for the local parking culture. lol.”

“L'hotel è situato in una zona pessima, piena di sporcizia e personaggi loschi che popolano i marciapiedi. La struttura non si presenta come in foto. La stanza nello specifico si presenta con arredamenti vecchi ed usurati, pavimento appiccicoso, bagno osceno con la tavoletta consumata, muri con intonaco staccato e la tendina da doccia sporca. L'ambiente odora fortemente di prodotti igienizzanti. La notte non ci si può ritirare solo con un uber/taxi data la zona e quello che si risparmia...

“I guess you don't get much in a city. The first room I was in smelled of tobacco. There no face cloth provided. The elevator was very slow to arrive. I was on the 4th floor. I wound up taking the stairs. Finally the card key stopped working. The master key didn't work either. They gave me a different room. Not much better but it was on the 1st floor! It didn't smell of tobacco. I did get a wash cloth but no top sheet on the bed. It's decor was quite odd. Hard to describe. No amenities...

“I only stayed here for one night. Once I got into the room, I tried to put the deadbolt on the deadbolt does not have anything to connect to so it’s pointless. I went downstairs. He told me all the doors are like that. Then the mattress, oh my goodness, I had two flat sheets on my bed no fitted sheet. The mattress was horrible. Had cigarette burns and I think I saw a bedbug. “We checked in and stayed about an hour before we decided to check out and lose the $600 we paid for the rooms. Everything smelled like cigarette and pot smoke, there were no windows in the room, there was no security lock on the door. There is no lobby. The internet basically didn't work, and we had no cell service in the room. I had to make calls from the parking garage. It felt very unsafe and unclean.”

“This is a good bargain stay, just be mindful of the surrounding neighborhoods as some are more safe than others. We really liked that there were tons of bodegas to grab quick bites to eat, easy access to bus and subway, and the customer service was great!”

“Had the best stay. Came from another hotel and changing hotels to this one was the best decision I made. Amazing hotel!”

“Prima le cose positive: la metro è a 2 minuti, linee 4 e 5, comodissime. La stazione è sporca, puzza, con i topi, ma è roba comune a NY. L'hotel è in una zona isolata e poco rassicurante ma l'accoglienza è buona e il personale abbastanza disponibile. Le stanze invece sono piccole, ma sfruttate al massimo della praticità. Niente armadio, comunque. Pulizia così così, il letto a castello di mio figlio non è mai stato rifatto in 5 giorni. Il nodo è la presenza a fianco del letto del lavandino ma...

“The room was clean and spacious enough to move a stroller around. The staff at the Bar and the conceirge we extremely kind, and helpful and provided top tier reccomendations for local entertainment and food options. The pool was unfortunately still closed. Property was clean overall and easily found from the bus and subway stations, within walkable distance to the Apollo and lcoal shops.”
