“L'hotel è situato in una zona pessima, piena di sporcizia e personaggi loschi che popolano i marciapiedi. La struttura non si presenta come in foto. La stanza nello specifico si presenta con arredamenti vecchi ed usurati, pavimento appiccicoso, bagno osceno con la tavoletta consumata, muri con intonaco staccato e la tendina da doccia sporca. L'ambiente odora fortemente di prodotti igienizzanti. La notte non ci si può ritirare solo con un uber/taxi data la zona e quello che si risparmia...

“Hotel clerk was so rude . I went there with my girlfriend at 2 AM after we got back from the game. That’s the New York Knicks game. Nowhere on the side says they require two pieces ID one for you and one with the person that you with I was trying to explain to him that we live far away and that I have reserved the room through Expedia. He did not care and he just told us to find another hotel if we have another ID, I have my drivers license for my girlfriend left her in her car. We were forced...

“The actual hotel was fine, the area that its in is not safe. Just outside of the entrance there were homeless people laying on the ground and strung out on drugs. I didnt feel safe at all having my family in this particular area of the Bronx. Would never stay here again for that reason.”

“The room was clean and spacious enough to move a stroller around. The staff at the Bar and the conceirge we extremely kind, and helpful and provided top tier reccomendations for local entertainment and food options. The pool was unfortunately still closed. Property was clean overall and easily found from the bus and subway stations, within walkable distance to the Apollo and lcoal shops.”

“Prima le cose positive: la metro è a 2 minuti, linee 4 e 5, comodissime. La stazione è sporca, puzza, con i topi, ma è roba comune a NY. L'hotel è in una zona isolata e poco rassicurante ma l'accoglienza è buona e il personale abbastanza disponibile. Le stanze invece sono piccole, ma sfruttate al massimo della praticità. Niente armadio, comunque. Pulizia così così, il letto a castello di mio figlio non è mai stato rifatto in 5 giorni. Il nodo è la presenza a fianco del letto del lavandino ma...
