Hotel vicino a Casa de Ramón Power y Giralt - San Juan

“Hotel storico in fase di ristrutturazione.Aria condizionata rumorosa”

“Nice kitchen and has utensils”

“Great experience would return”

“Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

“We loved our stay! The place is very spacious, super clean, and perfectly located in Old San Juan. It was perfect for our family of five. We truly recommend this place!”

“We just stayed over night before our cruise out of San Juan. The hotel looks beautiful, clean and was perfect for our pre cruise stay. Right across the street from our cruise ship.”

“The property is beautiful but there are many items that need attention there is NO hot water in the shower or the basin. I had to boil a kettle so my Husbund could shave the kitchen area is great but too many small things are missing the coffee in the urn in the morning is welcome but lacking in creamers. To make things worse the room we booked was not available to us and we had to take a smaller room even though we paid for the library suite. No mention of a refund for the inconvenience the...

“It has been one of the worst hotel stays that we have had. Very slow check-in. Dirty and badly cured room and bathroom. We did not sleep for an entire night since the air conditioner was in “error” and they had an awful noise coming from their plumbing. The room looked on a common area where people passed so we could not open the windows. People try to help without results. The staff was good in giving advice about restaurants and places to visit. We did not have any answers to our complaints.”
