“Super clean friendly staff.”

“Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites.”

“When you booked it third party, they overbooked and tell not sure why it’s letting you booked but we have no rooms and there’s nothing we can do. Refund takes forever to get one because the third party thinks your checked in and your not and you end up sleeping in your car.”

Initially, we had booked a cabin, but due to the dirty bedding and the absence of a property manager or staff, we were forced to leave.
