    Questo appartamento è per uso personale acquistato da un olandese come base a Casablanca, in Marocco.

    L'oggetto è ora disponibile anche per i turisti che vogliono esplorare la città e la campagna, e dopo una giornata intensa di esperienze diverse di poter riposare in un luogo lussuoso di livello europeo.
    Il nuovo edificio (2014) si trova alla periferia del centro città, nel quartiere della Borgogna ea 150 metri dal mare. La Grande Moschea è a 10 minuti a piedi, il centro a 20 minuti a piedi. Poiché l'appartamento si trova al 4 ° piano (accessibile con l'ascensore), è possibile vedere la famosa moschea dall'appartamento.

    Il comfort dell'appartamento è quello di una camera d'albergo di lusso, ma con le dimensioni di una suite doppia.

    La proprietà occupa 90m2 e dispone di due camere da letto, un bagno con vasca idromassaggio, una cucina completamente attrezzata e un ampio soggiorno con camino. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata calda / fredda. L'interno è lussuoso e completamente attrezzato con connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e TV satellitare, lettore DVD e impianto stereo con docking station. L'appartamento ha un balcone con un tavolo e 4 sedie.

    Le camere sono per 4 persone. In una camera da letto c'è un lussuoso letto matrimoniale con due materassi e due piumoni. Nell'altra camera ci sono due letti. Entrambe le camere hanno un ampio spazio per i bagagli. Un lussuoso materasso gonfiabile, che può essere composto come un normale letto, può essere posizionato per un quinto letto. L'uso del materasso ad aria costa 5 euro a notte e può essere pagato in loco.

    La cucina è completamente attrezzata con un grande frigorifero, un piano cottura a induzione, un forno, un forno a microonde, una macchina per il caffè, pentole e piatti moderni di buona qualità, bicchieri da vino e posate. C'è anche una lavatrice in cucina.

    Il moderno bagno ha un lavandino, una vasca idromassaggio e servizi igienici. All'ingresso c'è anche il bagno principale.

    Non è necessario portare biancheria. Tutta la biancheria necessaria, compresi lenzuola, asciugamani, salviette, teli da bagno, teli mare e da cucina è inclusa nel prezzo e viene cambiata settimanalmente.

    C'è anche una culla (gratuita) e un seggiolone.

    Nell'appartamento c'è una cartella con numeri di emergenza, monumenti da visitare e un elenco di ristoranti amichevoli.

    Al tuo arrivo nell'appartamento ci sarà un manager marocchino che parla francese e inglese. Questo manager (Abdeslam) è un amico personale del proprietario e quindi una famiglia. Ti riceverà all'arrivo. Per qualsiasi domanda o problema, si prega di contattare lui. Lui e sua moglie vi forniranno lenzuola pulite, fanno anche la pulizia finale inclusa, ecc.

    L'appartamento appartiene a un proprietario che risiede regolarmente in Marocco e non è stato quindi acquistato solo a scopo di noleggio. Tutto in casa è stato scelto per uso personale. Il proprietario ti offre la possibilità di affittare la casa a un prezzo ragionevole, ma ti richiede di occuparti di questo posto durante il tuo soggiorno.

    Il deposito è fissato a € 250,00 per prenotazione. Il deposito che hai pagato e l'importo dell'affitto rimanente saranno pagati ad Abdeslam all'arrivo. Alla partenza, l'appartamento sarà controllato e riceverai questo denaro, se l'inventario è adeguato.

La location correspondait exactemenr à nos souhaits. Un appartement vaste, confortable , très agréable. Un quartier résidentiel mais très animé avec des petits commerces à proximité. Un emplacement super, à deux pas de l'océan et de la grande mosquée.Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité de Abdelsam et aussi la grande gentillesse du gardien de l'immeuble.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Casa.

Nice apartment very close to the waterfront

I had an enjoyable stay at the apartment, location is great, close to waterfront where the restaurants and businesses are. I felt secure, quite most of the time. The apartment was well furnitured, nicely decorated, and all amenities that I will ever use were available.

Good Accommodations for small family

Ronald and Abdesalem were lovely to work with and promptly replied to all communications. The property is in a safe, convenient location. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. Though we were concerned that there was only one mounted A/C unit for the entire apartment, it cooled the place quickly and worked well. Having an in-house laundry machine was a plus. I would suggest replacing the linens/towels and washing the sofa covers as these tend to get stained and worn out over time. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay!

Great place in quiet neighborhood

Ronald and Abdeslam were excellent hosts with great communication, which was very comforting for my first trip to Morocco. A friend of mine who speaks French made the check-in process a little easier when I arrived on-site, but doing it all in English would have been sufficient. When you arrive, you may be approached by the security guards for the building if Abdeslam isn't immediately on the street. They are friendly. The place itself was very nice and covered all my needs. It would be great for a family of up to four people: there is one main bed (I think a queen?) and there are two single beds. Thank you Ronald and Abdeslam!

Casablanca at Ramadan

The apartment was very nice. Our host, Abdeslam was terrific! He was so kind and helpful. He had good suggestions of things to see and do. We were unaware of Ramadan and that so many places would be closed until late evening (7pm), especially markets, bakeries and restaurants. But on arrival Abdeslam kindly informed us of the Ramadan traditions. The Hassan Mosque is quite a sight and the Habous market was an experience! The boardwalk along the waterfront was a great place to see fishermen, great waves, and many people and families playing and enjoying life. The air pollution was rather unpleasant however. The train was very easy to use for our day long excursions - one day to Marrakech and one day to Rabat. We would have liked to go to Fez but did not have time.

This is promoted as a luxury apartment, European quality but there was not much luxury about it hence the 2 star review. If you are going to promote something as luxury, and price it as luxury, then deliver luxury! The cleanliness of apartment was questionable. Had to wipe down all counters, including the kitchen counter, the dining room table, and the coffee table upon arrival. Completely filthy. The entire kitchen needs a deep cleaning. There’s a layer of grease buildup on everything. The refrigerator also had remnants of food in it so therefore we did not feel like cooking anything as we would have to clean everything before using it. LED light flickered 15 min. The full bathroom is in need of a renovation. Black mold around the sink. No bar to hold onto to get in and out of the very tall tub. Exhaust fan did not work. Sliding glass window in the living room did not close all the way which made heating the place challenging. There is only one heating/AC unit and that is in the living room. The heat did not reach the bedrooms. The elevator in the building was not working on 2 occasions and we only stayed for 3 days. Thankfully, it worked on the days we had to bring our luggage up and down. We left early in the morning and the front gate was locked. One morning the doorman was not there and we had to call the property manager to help us get out of the property. That delayed us getting to the airport by 30 minutes. The property manager is indifferent & gaslights.
One example of mold in the bathroom. This apartment is not well-maintained.
Kitchen is completely separate from the rest of the apartment. LED light flickered for 15 each time it was turned on. Felt like a disco.
Downstairs gate locked at 6:30 am with no doorman in sight. Property manager failed to tell us there was a button to let ourselves out. Rattled off the code to the outdoor keypad which cannot be reached from inside.

We had a lovely stay in Ronald’s apartment. The location is perfect to visit Hasan II Mosque and have a walk on the corniche. It is also close to all amenities. At our arrival we were welcomed by Ronald’s friend Abdelsalam, who showed great hospitality and was very thoughtful throughout our stay. A crib and a high chair were provided for our 1yo son. I highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Casablanca.

Great location.

Loved our location. Close to the ocean and Hassan 11 Mosque. Ronald is a pleasure to deal with. He kept in contact with us and made sure we would have no problems contacting Abdeslam to get the key and prime information. Ronald helped me a few times when I had tech problems. Very grateful for his patience. Abdeslam greeted us at the entrance and explained everything we needed to know and made us feel very welcome. Very clean and well decorated. Was such a pleasure to come back to after a day of exploring. Highly recommend! Great experience!

Immaculate apartment in near ocean

We enjoyed the lovely apartment. The Hassan mosque was our landmark as we explored Casablanca, constantly losing our way on the mosaic streets. Always glad to be back in the clean respite of the apartment.

Bonne surprise au cœur de Casablanca

Appartement très bien placé ,doté d un bon confort et décoré avec goût . Le charme et l authenticité du Maroc e t le confort auquel nous sommes habitués. Le tout dans un climat de confiance avec le propriétaire Ronald et l excellent contact que j ai eu sur place avec Abdel Sam . Le quartier est très agréable ,de nombreux commerces et bénéficie d un dégagement rapide vers la mer . Je reviendrai avec beaucoup de plaisir

Het appartement is schoon, netjes en volledig uitgerust. Oa grote moskee op loopafstand en gemakkelijk om een taxi te krijgen. Een aanrader!

This apartment was a 5 minute walk to the mosque and really a great location while in casablanca. I walked everywhere in the city with no problems. the restaurant that is attached is NOT GOOD. Go to any of the neighboring ones but not the one attached to this building.

Incredible Apartment - Amazing Stay A++++

The apartment is in a great and safe location in Casablanca - even more beautiful than the pictures (especially the cozy balcony off the master bedroom), walking distance to the big mosque and the sea. Communication with Ronald was super easy and he provided us with a lot of information up front (ie. how to get to the apartment and without getting ripped off). We were welcomed by Abdeslam (Ronald's family friend), he helped us with our bags, explained everything about the neighborhood and the apartment and was ready to answer any questions throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, we were able to find everything we needed in walking distance (groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, bank and money exchange, coffee, restaurants, etc). We had a fabulous time and will be back for sure. Thank so much Ronald and Abdeslam!!!

Excellent !

Nous avons séjourné, ma femme, moi et mon bébé de 6 mois pendant 23 jours dans cet appartement. Tout était parfait et au-delà de nos attentes. L'appartement, en tout point conforme à la description, est très luxueux, très calme et bien situé. Ronald a étė très gentil et généreux de ses conseils et son ami sur place, Abdesslam, a été extrêmement gentil, fiable et serviable ! On recommande cette location sans aucune hésitation et on reviendra surement dès notre prochain passage à Casablanca !

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Alles war so wie wir es erwartet haben, genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übergeben bekommen, die Übergabe lief reibungslos und der Vermieter vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch noch seine Nummer hinterlegt. Dort sagte er, ist er 24/7 erreichbar falls irgendwas wäre. Auch der e-Mail Kontakt vor dem Reiseantritt war super, eine Antwort bekommt man immer innerhalb einer Stunden. Ein sehr leckeres Restaurant ("Roberta") im gleichen Block, sollte man auf jeden Fall einmal besuchen. Im Endeffekt bleibt mir nur zu sagen, dass dieses Feriendomizil zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen ist.

Appartement très Agrable

Tout s'est très bien passé, du contact écrit pour la réservation à l'accueil sur place, tout est clair et sans problème. L'appartement est conforme à toutes les descriptions, l'appartement est très bien entretenu, meublé avec qualité, agencé avec réflexion. Un vrai confort. Merci pour tout ! Angèle et Charly et Léon notre petit garçon de 1an!!

Superbe appartement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. On se sent chez soi dans l'appartement, cosy et agréablement décoré, plein d'originalité. Proche de la corniche, on peut y faire des balades. A 15 minutes de la mosquée, qu'il faut absolument visitée. Un magasin en bas de l'immeuble permet de faire qqs courses. Attention les taxis rouges ne prennent que 3 personnes. Sinon il faut prendre les taxis mercedes blancs. SI on retourne à Casa sans hésiter on redemande cet appartement.
