“Callahan is a quaint resort in the woods. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great porch overlooking the woods.”

“Room was larger than expected. Instead of one king bed and a fold-out sofa that was expected, there was a second sleeping area with another queen bed. Very comfortable and well suited to three of us staying there. Would definitely go back. Convenient to Oregon Shakespeare Festival which is why we were there.”

“The room was clean, the beds comfortable. We arrived just as the front desk clerk was leaving. She graciously stayed and checked us in. The desk is unmanned after 9 pm. Our key was under the mat for our room. It would have been nice if the air conditioning had been turned on. It was 90+ degrees and the room didn't cool down until early morning.”

“We booked and paid for a room online only to get to the hotel at 10 pm and have them tell us they didn't have a room for us. We had to call around and find another hotel, then spend another 90 minutes on the phone trying to get my money back..”

“The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the breakfast was simple but with delicious yogurt and exceptional coffee. The pool area showed its age and had some warped wood on the walls.”

“Pretty dirty was run down. The owner stays on the property but looks homeless. He is nice but super sketchy. He cleans the rooms. Goes through the trash cans just all over weird. I wouldn’t take kids here it was super unsafe. Not worth the money”

“The room was very clean, something as a former maid I always look for. Staff was very helpful. We loved the soaps and staff was great about finding which particular soap brand used and even a store location for us. Motel was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs, we didn't plan to cook any meals but morning tea and coffee were much appreciated. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and you can’t beat the daily breakfasts. We also enjoy at least one delicious dinner at Alchemy, which always impresses. It’s an easy walk to shows during OSF and downtown shops and restaurants. We look forward to our return.”

Abbiamo chiesto ovviamente un'altra ma il receptionist era probabilmente drogato da come si muovevva e parlava (erano le 22) e ci ha detto che l'hotel era pieno e noneaveva camere! dopo varie discussioni surreali per fortuna è arrivato il suo cambio e il nuovo receptionist ci ha asegnato una camera. “Jewel at the front desk was great. She has a warm smile and demeanor, and really makes you feel welcome. Property is pet friendly which is one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Parking is limited and first come first serve. Street parking was easy to find, but I imagine it would be a problem in peak season or weekends. Breakfast room has a balcony terrace that overlooks a beautiful garden and creek area.”
