“The Bungalow is beautifully decorated and managed by awesome team. We had such a good time here so ended up staying inside most of the time. Make sure you eat here as the menu changes and it definitely was the best food we had, especially vegetable curries. Would recommend anyone who wants chilled time surrounded by beautiful nature, furniture and garden.”

“The hotel view from the rooms is awesome and big rooms and bathrooms. But there's a smell in the bathroom and its not that clean for the price u pay. We had room service and the foid was good. ”

“The views over the valley, the tea plantations and agricultural land are fantastic. The villa is set up on a hillside, about 3km out of town. It takes approximately a 10 min tuk tuk drive into town. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautifully presented, mostly made in wood and looking very smart. The room and bathroom were large, clean and well presented. The whole place is beautiful an dis surrounded by beautiful countryside. ”

“Staff was very friendly. From 4 people, only 1 person managed to have hot water for about 3-4 mins. The other 3 was forced to have cold showers in the cold weather.”

“Overall I am quite happy with my stay. Read about the water pressure problem in the reviews and was a little apprehensive at first. Turns out the water pressure was very good, at least in the 2 rooms my and my friend were staying in. Some room for improvement in the administration but I'm sure it will be better the next time I visit the hotel. I'll likely stay again when I come to the area again. ”

Cibo buono ma pessima aspirazione della cucina, odore di cibo diffuso e porte spalancate per areare aumentando ancor più il freddo, nell’ambiente elegante e di charme stonavano l’acqua in bottiglie di plastica e le marmellatine confezionate”

“We had a lovely one night stay at Ferncliff, it was just lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as a very well run ‘b&b’ type hotel but much more luxurious. Bernard in particular was fantastic, especially his cooking — we had both dinner and breakfast there. Very glad we chose this over the ‘grand hotel’ in the end. ”
