“Am a Hilton Honors member, was supposed to have 2 bottles of water in the room. None was there, on my wsy out for a dinner date I stopped by the front desk and mentioned this....they said they'd put 2 in the room. Didn't happen...disappointed!!”

“I think that this is a very nice hotel that is conveniently located to getting to the Old Port area and downtown. The rooms are nice. The only issue is my room was on third floor and there's no elevator. I didn't have a problem, but if you have problems then you may want to request a first floor room. Breakfast was fairly good for self serve with a nice variety. The best part was the choice of freshly brewed coffee. The staff are very nice and helpful!
