“The breakfast menu was fresh and good. Parking was safe. ”

“We didn't stay for breakfast, but in past stays breakfast was very nice. Upon arrival, we waited at least 15 mins for someone to come to the desk. They were very pleasant, and efficient. And the cookies were great. The upkeep on the room was on the poor side. Under the bed hadn't been cleaned in some time. The lamp between the beds didn't work, inspection showed it was unpluged, and cables just curled up on the stand. I have stayed here before. And always was tops, this trip. They missed the...

“The rooms are not clean. We made a reservation for a non smoking room. Every door down the hallway had no smoking signs but we clearly smelled smoke down the entire hallway. We found a flea in one bed along with dirt. Another bed had sheets and a mattress topper that had been soiled by bodily fluids. The tub was also dirty.We went to the host and asked for a clean room. He went to check out our room and downplayed all of the things we pointed out that needed cleaning. He then offers to show us...

“The first room, the lock fell off as soon as we opened the door. We got them to change our room but the second room was even worse. The stains had stains and for some reason there was a defrosting pizza in the microwave. It was clear the place hadn't been cleaned. We left and didn't go back. ”

“As a disabled veteran, I was charged for my service animal. It’s strange because I traveled to Jackson and stayed at this hotel for the last 2 months for work and was never charged before. If you have a service animal, I would not stay here. It’s a shame that they will be losing out on 3 more months of my business. ”
