“Cute little house, well maintained. Convenient location to everything. 20 minutes to St. Louis, 15 min to Mid-America airport. If you forgot it, they were prepared. It was nice to do laundry and travel home with clean laundry. They even had laundry soap. We will use them again and again. I would say they are the hostess with the mostest! See you again!”

“We booked this property because it was very affordable and the location couldn’t be better—it was just minutes from the cycling event we attended. Piper’s Coffee was a two-minute walk away, and the neighbor in the duplex was very kind. The beds were soft and comfortable, which was nice after a long day.That said, there are areas that need improvement. “This home was beautiful, clean and filled with everything we could need! Along with the important basics of comfortable beds and and kitchen essentials, the little touches like a stocked coffee corner, specialty toiletries in the bathrooms, and layered bedding made our stay extra special. Street parking was tight on Friday night, but we were able to find spaces within the block, and were grateful to know the back alley was available if we needed it. “The Rockhouse was perfect for my family. Franklin was a great host, explained the processes thoroughly and even left gift bags for my children. Snacks were provided which was an added bonus. I was very surprised to find laundry pods and dryer sheets available for use in the laundry room. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next adventure to St. Louis. ”

"All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei confronti degli ospiti."
