“The communication with the owner was excellent. And the location was also excellent with stores, gas stations and restaurants with a 5 minute drive. The home was clean and in good condition. The beds were Cozi and comfortable. The basement was nice as well with plenty of games and a table to play them on. The free laundry was a great added touch. I would definitely return and recommend the 1955 to others. ”

“This property has it all for a comfortable weekend getaway. We enjoying walking the grounds, exploring the surrounding areas and biking the Sparta-Eloy trail. We found a cute pond to fish at the end of the drive and other ponds/lakes in the area to fish as well. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered porch and listening to the rain storms rolling in. “Pros: Good Host, great value and location, pet friendly, cleanCons: Listing said entire home, so did not realize host would be on the property. Listing should have mentioned kids that are very loud during our stay. Understandable with kids, but note should have been made as two people were unable to sleep. Not much room for parking with host’s vehicles. More clarity and details on the listing would significantly help.”

“This was a great place for a long weekend for our group of six ladies. The house was clean, and everyone had their own room and bath. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of hot water for all of us! The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own breakfast, and we even cooked dinner one evening.
