“Great location and property interior well kept and furnished. Outdoor could use more lighting post. Had encounter with bear in parking lot and was not able to see much of the parking area due to poor lighting. ”

“Ottima sistemazione, camera e bagno puliti, parcheggio comodo, posizione ottima (a piedi si raggiungono ristoranti e supermercato). Molto gradito il caffè offerto al mattino (non c'è la macchina per il caffè in camera)”

“The place was dusty and bugs and oldish. There was a Murphy bed in the living room it was broken. The restroom by the living room was dirty there was dried poop already on the toilet seat. Of course the storm beat us to SLT and we had to detour and stay at a different hotel for the first night. I understand they are not entitled to refund us or anything but no discount or empathy from the owner/manager. I would not want to rent from a third party to stay at heavenly seeing that they’re not kept...

“Parking was very easy, staff was kind and professional at check in. We were offered a welcome drink which was nice. We stayed two nights, the first night our neighbor was very noisy but the building got quiet after about 11:00pm. We were upstairs and could feel in the floor if folks were walking by, at one point someone ran by and shook the whole room. Would probably ask for a ground level room next time. Access to heavenly was great. A very easy walk, maybe a half mile to 3/4 mile to the shops...

“The view was incredible. It was a pricey stay. I didn’t sleep well due to the toilet run all night. I struggled a bit with getting the fireplace to light. ”

“Parking was easy and secure. The property is one to two blocks from the main street; thus, it is quiet. The property managers are pleasant, friendly and professional. I had a small problem with the Air conditioning unit. It would come on, then cycle off after ten minutes. Had to restart the AC unit several times to cool the room. ”

“Newly renovated with modern room was one of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed in Tahoe. The bed was so comfortable and the TV was huge. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as well. There was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge which was super convenient. There was a small table with 2 chairs that made it nice to sit at and have a meal. The only thing I would say is that if you’re on the bottom floor you can hear every single footstep and house of the people above you. I did message...

“The beach view was great. The room was somewhat small. Our friends had a non lake view and it was a much larger room…so keep that in mind when booking! We had 2 kids with us so a bigger room would have been nice. But it you’re alone or a couple traveling, the lake view room would be great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The the hotel shuttle was a big help getting us around so we didn’t have to pay for rides. ”
