“We had never been to Snowshoe and I do realize we were there on Sunday. When we asked about dining options the attendant did not tell us there were a few open restaurants instead of just the two connected to their property which turned out to only be pizza. She also stated breakfast at Jake’s was five minutes down the road, which she should know they are closed on every Monday.”

“Nice area. Nice staff. Needs substantial renovation but okay.”

“Maintenance is lacking on the entire property. The bathroom mirror had a nice saying (not family friendly) on it that showed up vividly when steamed over which happened easily since the fan was useless. ”

“Great place to stay. Bed and Breakfast in an old, updated house. New mixed in with old. Air conditioning worked great. Made to order breakfast from a number of choices was wonderful. Nice, friendly owner was very accommodating.”

“This is the most beautiful stay in the mountains. Was so nice to feel so far away and serene, but also be close to food and groceries at the same time. Host Rob&Caley were very welcoming and sincere. We can not wait to return in the winter!!”
