Beware of the wasp nests at the base of the cypress trees as you paddle by! This was a great place to paddle in these awesome #blue kayaks!

You can rent canoes and kayaks from the ranger station at the edge of the lake for very cheap. Great activity for any time of year!

It was an older hotel with comfortable beds. The room temp not the most comfortable. It was in the 30’s outside and we probably should’ve ran the AC. Breakfast was good. The elevator button was finicky. I’d stay again, though.
