“Staff was nice ”

“Room was overall clean, staff was very nice and friendly. Pool didn’t work but it was cold outside anyway. Tub faucet runs nonstop in room 200. Curtain didn’t cover the entire window to block others from peeking in as well as blocking out the sunlight the next morning. We stretched it the best we could. “There were many filthy dirty mattresses outside right by the parking lot, the water in the pool was green and dirty, the toilet in the room didn’t flush, unless you lifted the lid and adjusted the flapper valve, they did not clean our room once despite asking them to and we stayed there three nights, they had no continental breakfast as advertised. When we asked why they didn’t have continental breakfast, the girl said they were waiting for their permit. There were no items, such as shampoo,...

“Staff was very friendly, but the room was not in good condition. The matress was 'broken' with a large divot on one side. The was a whole in the wall as if someone had punched or kicked the wall in (broken plaster). The exterior entrance room door didnt have a working latch/lock. The toilet ran throughout most of the night and the wall sockets had no plates. And lastly the TV had no sound and the remote did not work (it was also broken with pieces hanging off).”

“The property was a good value for the money. The breakfast was very good with many choices. Our room needed a little maintenance. The barn door handle on the bathrooms side was unscrewed, and our window shade couldn’t be adjusted. The room was spacious and clean. ”
