Hotel vicino a Casselberry Park - Evansville

“The breakfast was VERY poorly managed. They didn't restock items as they ran out. No plates, no glasses, and at one point we took it upon ourselves to get in the storage cabinet below to retrieve creamer for our coffee. When we did that, the front desk person just glared at us like we were doing something wrong and asked very snarkily if there's something they could help us with. Then they charged us an incidental fee when we arrived of $50 which is is normal, but when the transaction updated,...

“Definitely tell it's a high traffic property, all the carpets in the common areas are stained extensively. Parking is a challenge, Parking garage is not easily accessed by the hotel after checking in you have to drive around the block to park and walk quite a distance to get to your room.”

“Staff very cheerful and helpful”

“The room has an odd setup. The bathroom door being straight across from the bed disturbed our sleep. Small counter top didn't work well with hair appliances, makeup and toiletries. And no sink close to the coffee pot was a pain. No side table or coffee table made it hard to sit on the couch with drinks and food. The clothes bar being so low didn't work with our formal clothes. The bed and toilet was too low. Poor room design in my experience from years of traveling. But other than this we...

“Wonderful stay start to finish. Greg is a great host. Very good breakfast with him asking if we wanted more. Will definitely return. ”

“Great stay!”

“Great”

“The first room was to have a bath tub, so after asking they found one with a tub, then the tolet had difficulty flushing as the flapper kept leaking, so had to remove the lid to get it to work, then the next morning the wall thermostat stopped working probably bad batteries.”

“Probably one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. The pool was great. The fire pit and barbecue grills out front were amazing. The staff were courteous and very friendly. Definitely would stay here again.”

“we loved our room, bathroom and the ease of location”

“The hotel needs to be upgraded. My”

“The hotel and front desk were fine! The problem I had was at 6:00 am the house keepers came through and continuously banged things around until our checkout time at noon. So much for getting some extra sleep before the late checkout.”
