“ Clean, Lovely house and yard. The beds were super comfortable and the pool table was great! The game room kept all of us busy. The space is big and has everything you need to cook. I would recommend and plan on staying again. Helpful information was left for guests out of town to know where to visit and eat which is always a plus. Joseph is very responsive and helpful. Everything in the house worked as expected. Location is just out of town. ”

“If you are looking for a place off the beaten path, this is it. Phone service is iffy until you get to the road (1/3 mile away) but there is host supplied internet for phones, etc. Our host, Dave, is very personable-- super guy. We stayed there while doing a tour of Tennessee state parks and this B and B is conveniently located for that. ”

“ This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. There was dog hair on nearly every surface, the carpet was worn out, and the overall condition of the room felt old and unclean. We asked the front desk if they could help make it right by moving us to another Hampton Inn, but they were unwilling to assist. Due to the condition of the room and lack of resolution, we chose to leave. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations associated with the Hampton Inn...

“HORRIBLE!!!! Do not stay here. The trash was over flowing, dirty towels, it had not been swept or mopped, moldy shower head, and absolutely NO response from the host. We were supposed to stay for 5 nights. We left after the first night. We messaged the host about the filth with no response at all. ”
