The location, easily accessible, is perfect for visiting the main attraction in Tuscany. You can visit the cities of art, the old villages rich in history, admire the beautiful landscapes and many other points of interest in this amazing region. You can also relax by the pool, enjoy the nature and see the birds in the park, and feel like you are at home.

In less than one hour you can go to Pisa and its airport (at 30 Km), to Lucca (at 20 Km), to Florence and its airport (at 50 Km by motorway), to Montecatini Terme (at 20 Km), to Volterra (at 40 Km), to Siena and San Gimignano (at 100 Km by motorway), to the sea (the beautiful beaches of Versilia at 50 km by motorway), to the white marble mountains and the beautiful caves, to the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, to the medieval villages, including Collodi with the tale of Pinocchio, to the ancient and magnificent villas of Lucca with their amazing gardens, to the roads of wine and olive oil, and to many other interesting places.
We are in the countryside, close (300 mt) to the village of Orentano, with two very good restaurants at walking distance where you can taste the traditional cuisine rich of aromas and flavors.. There are some cafe’s, grocery store, a bakery and other shops. It is just 5 km from the motorway A11 of Altopascio. Coordinates are 43°46'39.30''N 10°39'59.10''E

The property is in a big park, completely fenced and covered by free WiFi, with a large and heated swimming pool, private parking, a soccer field, fitness equipment, a ping pong table, a baby foot, other toys for children and many large, old trees.

On demand you can have bicycles and enjoy a tasty dinner eating Italian homemade pizza cooked in a brick oven in a tavern next to the pool.
The apartment, which is totally independent, is situated at the first floor of an ancient villa, called Villa Orsucci, where I live with my family (me, my wife, our 24-year-old son and our 16-year-old daughter). Besides Villa Orsucci there is another Villa in stone and the “Orangerie” next to the pool. All the houses have their own privacy and you can't even tell there are other people.

The pool is 15 mt x 6 mt with a deep from 1.2 mt to 2.60 mt in the dips area, plus a small area in wood of 1.30 meters x 6 meters, 10 centimeters under water, much loved by young children because they can stay in the water without fear. The edge of the pool is made of travertine stone, while the interior is in glass mosaic. With the light of the sun it reflects beautiful colors, like the Caribbean. It is not salt water. There is a diatomaceous filter and an electronic control unit of dosage for chlorine and PH. There is no smell of chlorine and the water is always very clean. There is a solar shower and 16 sunbeds. The pool is surrounded by a green lawn and an oak tree that serves as the umbrella.
During the night the pool can be illuminated, to swim even during night time, and it can be closed automatically to maintain the water temperature and/or for children’s safety. In the spring and autumn months there is a system with a heat exchanger that keeps the water temperature warm enough.

The apartament in Villa Orsucci is equipped with everything you may need, also for daily cleaning (vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher, etc). Once a week there is the changing of sheets, towels, pool towels, and cleaning of the house.

For your babies there is everything you may need, such as cots, cribs, baby chair for the table, buggy, a baby changing table and several toys.

At the first floor there is a large living room, with a fireplace and two comfortable sofa, then there is the dining room, the well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with queen bed and a marble bathroom with two sinks and a jacuzzi.

From the living room you can reach the loft by cast iron stairs, where are two single beds and a sofa bed, a marble bathroom with shower and washing machine and drying machine and, finally, a small bedroom with a single bed and a French size bed.

Outdoor there is stone stairs and a table for outdoor dining with a big BBQ.
