Benvenuti a "Il Conte Farmhouse Retreat", un'incantevole dimora immersa nel cuore verde della Toscana, precisamente ad Orentano. Questa splendida proprietà di 200 mq offre un'esperienza di soggiorno unica, perfetta per gruppi fino a 6 persone che desiderano immergersi in un ambiente di tranquillità e comfort.



La casa vanta tre accoglienti camere da letto con quattro letti (due matrimoniali e due singoli), garantendo spazi comodi e riservati per tutti gli ospiti. Tre bagni con doccia assicurano praticità e privacy, mentre l'ampia cucina indipendente è completamente attrezzata con ogni elettrodomestico necessario: frigorifero, lavatrice, forno, macchina del caffè, microonde e molto altro ancora.



Il fiore all'occhiello della proprietà è sicuramente l'area benessere con spa e jacuzzi, dove potrete rilassarvi dopo giornate di escursioni. erholsam, gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge

Die Villa ist hübsch eingerichtet und äusserst sauber! Der Indoorpool resp. Wellness ist nicht optimal. Die dadurch extrem hohe Feuchtigkeit im Unteren Stockwerk macht das benachbarte Schlafzimmer ungeniessbar und unbewohnbar. Es wäre sehr lauschig in diesem Bereich des Hauses, haben doch beide Zimmer (Wellness&Schlafzimmer) direkten Ausgang in den Garten. Schade. Ansonsten sind die sanitären Anlagen tadellos! Eine ausreichend ausgestattete Küche lässt die Zubereitung jeder Mahlzeit zu. Der Pool ist fantastisch, groos und sauber! Neu gepflanzte Bäume und die Pergola bieten auch im Hochsommer genügend Schatten. Aufgrund des nahegelegenen Flugplatzes mit Militärbasis hattetn wir einige Tage Flug- und Helikopterlärm, da ganztags Übungen durchgeführt wurden.

Great stay in Il Conte Farmhouse!

We stayed in this property for 11 nights and had a wonderful time. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures and the hosts were very attentive and accommodating. They left the villa stocked with some essentials which was great so we didn't need to buy the little things. There isn't much happening in the near by town of Orentano but we spent a lot of time in Lucca and really enjoyed it. Our only suggestion would be to offer a change of linens and towels part way through the stay. 11 nights is a long time without fresh sheets and towels. Overall the villa was very clean and it is in a peaceful, serene spot. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Family Holiday in Tuscany

Overall, Il Conte Farmhouse was lovely and well-suited for our family (my wife, our two young adult sons, their friend, and myself) for our holiday vacation. The owners, Mariza and Fabio, and their daughters made use feel very welcome. Their hospitality is legendary. They brought over a local Prosecco for New Year's Eve and a homemade apricot tart to enjoy. Mariza took the time to explain how to work the hot tub and the washer/dryer all-in-one! They were very helpful in making reservations for dinners for our family and an an amazing dinner for just my wife and myself. This villa is managed by a third party, Lucca Apartments & Villas. Our criticism is for the third party management company only--not the house itself or the owners. Unfortunately, Loredona, the house manager, did not speak English well. We arrived at a meeting point near the home in our rented car. Loredana rushed off to the house and promptly lost us. Although, our 19 year old son was able to keep up with her! The home is located off an unmarked, unpaved dirt road, and after trying to find the house for over 30 minutes, we gave up. Eventually, our son circled back to lead us to the house. It is important to rent an all wheel drive. Loredona, the house manager, would only communicate with us via WhatsApp messages. The lack of communication with Loredana made things uncomfortable initially between us and the owners as she did not communicate the cost of services or understand the questions or requests that my wife had. Simple questions such as where is the grocery store and is it open on New Year's Eve (very close and yes). It was an unnecessarily stressful start to our family week--in fact, we were on a day trip to Pisa and Loredana was texting us non-stop about a dinner scheduled for later in the week, when we had sent numerous emails (how we were told to communicate to Loredana initially) regarding the dinner that went unanswered the previous week--we assumed since she did not respond that she could not find a chef. Surprise! We had a chef for a formal dinner scheduled the following day that although was lovely, was not what we planned. Again, the owners were gracious and accommodating. We gave Il Conte Farmhouse 4 stars because the hospitality of the owners far outweighed the lack of communication on the part of Lucca Apartments & Villas and their employees.

Tolles Haus

Wir waren mit Freunden verreist, 3 Paare. Jedes Paar hatte ein Schlfzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Bad. Wobei ein Bad sich im EG befand und man vom Schlafzimmer im ersten Sock die Treppe runter musste, störte uns aber nicht gross. Pro Bad ein Haartrockner. Das Haus war sehr sauber und geschmachvoll eingerichtet. Mit Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Kaffekapsel-Maschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster u.v.m. alles vorhanden. Genügend Geschirr und Besteck ebenfalls. Grosses eingezäuntes Grundstück, grosser Pool ( Poolrücher vor Ort vorhanden) mit 4 Liegen und einer Doppelliege mit Sonnendach. Auch die grosse Lounge ebenfalls mit Sonnendach fanden wir toll. Es hat einen Kugelgrill beim Sitzplatz, den wir gerne mehrmals benutzt haben. Man kann Tiere wie Fasane, Kanichen beobachten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell (10 Minuten) in Altopascio, dort befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsläden. Im Dorf ist man zu Fuss in 10 Minuten (Naturstrasse), dort hat es Restaurants und Bars sowie weitere kleine Geschäfte. Wir schätzten es sehr, abends ohne Fahrzeug Essen gehen zu können. Wir besuchten die Stadt Lucca, Montecarlo und hatten eine Führung im Weingut Buonamico, alles sehr zu empfehlen. Etwas mühsam war die Komunikation vorab. Da wir mehrere Ansprechspersonen hatten und der Onlinebeschrieb nicht ganz dem entsprach, was angeboten wurde. Unterdessen hat man diesen aber angepasst. Vor Ort wurden wir bestens durch Loredana betreut. Nicht alles konnte aber direkt gelöst werden. Gebucht bei Fewo-Direkt, zuständig war dann Luccaapartments, vor Ort waren die Besitzer (wohnen auf dem selben Gelände - mit Abstand - stört nicht) und Loredana (von Luccaapartments). Das könnte man wohl etwas vereinfachen. Obwohl das Haus klimatisiert ist, wären Fensterläden und Fliegengitter praktisch (im EG-Bad schien die Sonne voll rein, deckten das Fenster mit Tüchern ab). Es hatte nur einen Hauptschlüssel und nur eine Fernbedienung für das Eingangstor. Unpraktisch, wenn man mehrere Paare ist. Wir bekamen auf Anfrage später eine zweite Fernbedienung, das machte es etwas einfacher. Es beäuchte aber 3 Hauptschlüssel und 3 Fernbedienungen. Es hätte gedeckte Abstellplätze für 3 Fahrzeuge, diese sind aber durch den Besitzer besetzt, so dass nur ein Fahrzeug gut platz hat. Können aber das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
