“Calme, super jardin, et apparemment très joli, propre et fonctionnel”

“Eccellente”

“Very modern, comfortable apartment in the heart of Modena. Quiet and immaculately clean. Cool in the hot temperatures. Delightful shower. Easy communication with the hosts. Reached out to help with recovering my bag when I left it at the Parma airport. Great coffee shop across the street.”

“The loft is as pictured it was a great space on the main floor however the loft bedroom if you are tall you will struggle. My husband hit head multiple times off the slanted ceiling and you basically need to duck while on the bedroom level. Air conditioning worked and there were a lot of steps and also a gate to get through to arrive at the loft. The location is fantastic and the communication with the host was very prompt just beware of ceiling height on bedroom level. And the bed size was...

“Very spacious apartment and it was nice that there is an elevator which is not too common in Europe. Great area but can be noisy. There needs to be more instructions; We didn't know the shutters could be closed in the living room where the sofa bed is located, there was a lot of street noise. “Struttura pulita accogliente e silenziosa... Ottima la comunicazione con la proprietaria ”

“Viaggio di lavoro, struttura piuttosto fuori mano. Ristorante interno chiuso la sera, ho dovuto cercare un’altro posto. Camera spazio, pulizia del bagno da migliorare. Tranquillo e silenzioso.”

“Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena.”

“Friendly and communicative host. Great location on the Main Street through Bologna. Bed wasn’t comfortable, but the loft was nice. Overall very pleased with our stay.”

“Très bel appartement! Bien situé! Très propre. Nous étions 5 et tous ont été très confortables.”
