From Villanita you can easily explore Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, the Castellana Caves and the villages of the Valle d'Itria, while returning each evening to the peace and privacy of the countryside.

The apartment is located on the first floor of our villa and has been completely renovated to create a comfortable, bright and welcoming space.

It is approximately 50 m² and is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing and independent stay in Puglia.

We have surrounded it with flowers and greenery to create a more private and intimate outdoor space.

It is the perfect place for a slow breakfast, a morning coffee or an aperitivo at sunset.

Rather than simply looking out onto a road or another building, you can enjoy the feeling of being surrounded by flowers, Mediterranean plants and the countryside of Puglia.

The garden and countryside

Villanita is much more than an apartment.

Guests can enjoy several outdoor areas of the property, including the courtyard, the wooden patio, the spacious parking area and our fruit orchard.

Depending on the season, you may see or smell citrus trees, fruit trees, Mediterranean plants and flowers growing around the property.

There is also our beautiful grapevine pergola, a particularly pleasant place to stop and enjoy the slower rhythm of countryside life.

The garden changes throughout the year, making every season slightly different.

Spring brings flowers and fresh colours, summer brings the warmth and fragrances of the Mediterranean, while autumn is a wonderful time to discover Puglia's countryside, olive trees and local food traditions.

Meet Bruno and Giunone

Two very friendly dogs, Bruno and Giunone, live on the property and may occasionally be around the outdoor areas.

They are gentle, affectionate and love meeting guests.

They may come to say hello when you arrive – usually hoping for a little attention and a few cuddles!

If you love dogs, they may quickly become part of your Puglia memories.

If you prefer not to interact with them, simply let us know and we will be happy to help.
