“We loved our stay here- it was in such a beautiful location which added to the atmosphere of our holiday. The flat is small but perfectly sizable for a couple. We had an issue with entering the property as the lock seized-up and we had to call to find a solution. Bertrand answered promptly and was very friendly and easy-going which alleviated our worries and he quickly sent a locksmith over to let us in. For something which could've really sent a cloud over our stay it was handled so efficiently...
