“The hosts are helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a great view, and a private bathroom close by. There was a kettle in the room, with tea, coffee, fresh milk and drinking water. The dining room is quite grand, with another excellent view. We could help ourselves to fruit, juice and yogurt, the bread had just been made, and the cooked part of the breakfast was also excellent. Parking is next to the house, well away from the road. We will be back if we stay in the area again.”

“We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. There was a great selection of cereals available and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. ”

“Ten out of ten for an amazing stay! We were two couples with eight kids and we had an awesome time! Beautiful cottage, spacious and clean. “Nice place. They mean it when they say limited housekeeping as you're expected to sort all trash, wash out containers, & put them in their appropriate recycling bins. If you don't like country or narrow roads this isn't the place for you but I live in the country so didn't bother me except for the really narrow badly kept roads. They only supply 1 key & you have to use it to even lock yourself in so if others in your party leave you're left with being locked in & not being able to get out or...
