Hotel vicino a Castello di Tamworth - Tamworth

“The window sills were all rotting and need a repaint, small room, not enough space to put anything, pubic hairs in shower tray!! Staff were ok but not over friendly really. Kettle and mugs were clean and so was the toilet. Would have been ok if it was about £45 per night but it’s way too expensive for the condition of the place. ”

“Stopped here a few times now, staff very polite and accomadating. Would recommend a stay. They do fantastic homemade pizza too. 😁”

“The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. The only down side for me is the lack of mirrors in the room. I am 4ft 11ins and I could not reach the only mirror above the bathroom sink. The staff and bar patrons were very helpful and friendly. It felt like a family run business. NEC is just a bus ride away, and the bus could be caught just outside the hotel. In a nutshell, I had a fantastic stay.”

“The room was small and cozy, which was perfect for my short solo trip. It's walking distance to the train station, a supermarket, and several shops, pubs and restaurants. Only weirdness was having to check in and get room keys at the pub a couple doors down. This wasn't mentioned beforehand, but luckily the pharmacist nearby guided me in the right direction! ”

“Only 1 thing that was a let down was the bed was very uncomfortable sorry apart from that it was a great stay so thank you 😊 ”

“The whole of the structure is amazing, my room was nice, however I was put at the back of the hotel next to the restaurant and all night there was a buzzing machine sound. Not being a good sleeper at the best of times, it did affect my night’s sleep. ”
