“Staff were wonderful beds were hard and uncomfortable room was cold heater. Didn't work tv wasn't working not a great. Deal on menu couldn't have breakfast restaurant wasn't open until late had to take kids out. To look for breakfast”

“Stayed in ensuite quadruple room (2nd floor), surprised to find small kitchenette with sink fridge kettle and microwave - tea coffee sugar and milk provided - 4 mugs but no other crockery. Large room with table and 3 chairs, beds were fairly comfortable but duvets were very thin. Window a bit draughty as it didnt close properly, this also made it a bit noisy in the room in the morning.
