“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Venise. Irène nous a réservé un super accueil et donné de bons conseils. Elle est même venu nous chercher au Vaporetto ! L'appartement est extrêmement bien placé au centre mais au calme, à côté de 2 stations de vaporetto et 1 Tragetto. Il est climatisé l'été ce qui est appréciable en Août. Toute la famille (enfants de 7 à 15 ans) a adoré le séjour. Merci, au plaisir de revenir.”

“I had the privilege of staying at this property for my short Venetian trip. The place was central to everything and walking everywhere was so nice. Irene, the property owner was so friendly and helpful answering any questions I had and giving me advice on places to go eat and things to do. I wish I could have stayed longer and will keep this place in mind if I get a chance to return. ”

“Accoglienza puntuale e molto cortese. Indicazioni sull'abitazione e su come arrivare perfette (forse meglio indicare la fermata di San Samuele, più vicina, anziché Sant'Angelo). Casa perfettamente dotata di ogni necessità. Zona strategica e silenziosa. Cortiletto esclusivo molto godibile. Tutto perfetto e come rappresentato. Torneremo e consiglierò a tutti gli amici e conoscenti questa destinazione. Grazie Irene”

“Adorable apartment on the first floor (a big plus after traveling all day). Very easy to find. Hosts were excellent to work with. Pleasantly surprised by a bottle of bubbly waiting for us. Would recommend an instruction sheet for the TV. Not like we were there to watch TV but we could not figure out how to maneuver the remote and could not locate any English channels. Otherwise highly recommend this host and location! ”

“In summary, we landed at Marco Polo Airport and arrived by boat via Alilaguna Waterbus to the Arsenal Boat dock at 12:00 AM. For your reference once you land at Marco Polo Airport it is a 10 minute walk to the Alilaguna Waterbus terminal. Alfonso was there to greet us at the boat dock. Alfonso was very friendly even at this time of night. We walked to the property and were greeted with snacks and drinks.
