“The room smelt filthy, there was hair in the bed and mould in the shower. The lifts and corridors smelt foul. We were so disgusted that we left and booked a room elsewhere for the night. Unfortunately this apartment looks nothing like the photos and definitely isn’t worthy of the rating currently listed on this website.”

“No air con in first room. Got moved into the next door room, air con worked but room was very tired. Don’t look at the carpet, there’s a million stories in there. Toilet door busted and held together with a zip tie! In saying that, bed was comfy, bedding was clean (I checked after reading other comments), the hotel is in a great location and I was there for one night. Good cafe downstairs on the corner, woolies, bws & good choice of restaurants nearby. ”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. However, there was no toaster or crockery despite having a microwave, and the balcony door could barely be opened. ”

“Arrived late - keys were easy to find. Cabin was very clean for its age and very good linen. We left early in the morning so I can’t comment on the amenities but the key drop off was also easy and simple. Thx”

“Property is across the road from Westmead Public Hospital and I needed additional parking after the 10,00 am checkout. At time of check-in there was a sign in the office advising that extended parking would cost guests $15 and non guests $25. During the evening I rang desk from room and was advised that extended parking to 1.00pm would cost $15. At checkout I was advised that extended parking up to 12 noon was free and that after 12 noon the cost was $6 per hour. Three different rates including...

“Horrible….3 dead cockroaches on the floor, killed a further 3 later in the evening. Shower screen was filthy, pipes when in the shower rattled loudly shaking the whole room and complex. The bed was ok but that was all ”
