“Check in was great the young lady was bubly and cheerful said we didn't have to pay for parking and took our ticket for the garage. Later at check out found out we got charged $45 a night for parking. Staff the rest of the stay seemed grumpy and bugged if we asked for anything. The elevator situation was horrible only one out of two of them worked coming up and down to the garage. The other 4 inside one never worked another broke during our stay leaving 2 working elevators for a 16 floor hotel...
