“Dave was very welcoming and gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner. The room was clean and in great condition. We will come back. ”

“Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful! Free hot breakfast had many choices. Property grounds were accommodating for relaxing outside by the lake front although we visited during the “midge fly season” and there was no way to avoid them but to stay inside.”

Before booking, actually read the reviews — there are plenty of hotels on this block, and trust me, saving that extra $50 is not the victory you think it is. The front desk guy greets you like he’s auditioning for a community theater ballet production, complete with strange facial expressions that make you wonder if you accidentally...

“Staff who greeted us on our arrival was friendly and very accomodating. Our room and the hotel looks clean, hot tub was relaxing. Breakfast was basic. Cereal, coffee, milk, orange juice, boiled egg, toast, yogurt, and a selection of apple or banana. If you are a heavy breakfast eater this will probably not be a good fit for you but it kept us on the go. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Our stay at Starlite Inn was very good. The staff member that we interacted with was very friendly our room was clean, tidy and spacious as was the bathroom. The air/heat unit worked well (we used heat). We felt very safe and parking is right outside your door. We would definitely stay here again. ”
