“I wanted to like this place, but overall it fell short. The room felt pretty worn down, with scratched-up walls and exposed plumbing in the bathroom that made it feel unfinished and not very well maintained. The biggest issue for me was the in-wall AC unit. It’s an older style, and unfortunately there was a bird’s nest in the exterior housing. Throughout the night, I kept hearing scratching and metal noises that made it really hard to sleep. I told the girl at the front desk. She apologized but...

“It was a very comfortable stay with a big bed, modern clean bathroom with shower gel (a rarity in South America that you can't buy in shops). It was small with no closet or even coat hooks to hang clothing.”

“We chose the cheapest room rate and I suppose we got what we paid for. Towels stained and thread barren, shower curtain heavily coated with pink mold, all edgings black with muck that could be scrub brushed, walls splattered with all matter and in need of paint, couch was too dirty to sit on.”
