“My fiancé and I spent 2 nights at Cheltenham Chase last weekend. Having read a few mixed reviews I was a little hesitant to book but went ahead and prepared for an underwhelming experience. However my fiancé and I were very pleasantly surprised and honestly our experience significantly exceeded our expectations on a number of levels. “Staff - lovely / friendly Check in- quick, staff great Room - clean - a little odd layout (due to age of building) - like sloping ceiling - high window - but fine for a short stay. Breakfast - excellent and constantly being refreshed Great value for money - especially if pre-booked Spa - nice / clean -wasn’t busy when I used. Gym- limited equipment- but had sole use when I visited - so great, but may need to wait for equipment at busy times. Overall - can’t fault for the money ”
